It’s not too late to RSVP the Hacker Space Cookout on Saturday

Are you a techie interested in meeting other techies in the Western New York area? Whether you are into hardware, software, coding, Web design, databases or anything else related to computers and technology, consider coming out to Hacker Space’s “After the 4th” Cookout at 4 p.m. on Saturday , July 10 at Buffalo Hacker Space, 701 Seneca Street, 4th Floor in Buffalo.

To RSVP for this event, sign up for a free MeetUp.com  account and join the HackerSpace Group: http://www.meetup.com/hackerspaces/. Look for the “After the 4th” Cookout event and under the red “Will you be there?” select “Yes”. You are done! Family and friends are welcome and donations to offset the cost of food and rent for the space are greatly appreciated.  Cookout-type food like hot dogs and burgers will be provided, but if you have anything special you want to eat, bring enough to share for at least 20 people.

So far, 20 people have RSVP’ed, plus their additional friends and family (yours are welcomed as well, please just note it when you RSVP.)  It’s a great technology-related networking opportunity or just a chance to make some new friends.
