Editor and Vice President of The Buffalo News Mike Connelly will share his insights into the future of The Buffalo News in a “Morning Conversation” talk at 8 a.m. on Thursday, April 25. Connelly will also answer questions from the audience and a brief tour of the News building will be offered afterwards.
According to a recent interview with the American Journalism Review, Connelly, who started with the News in September 2012, said he will bring to Buffalo “a huge commitment to covering local news,” and stressed the importance of the Buffalo News’ digital offerings. He said he plans on “building the best digital products and the best digital experience for them as we can.”
