Panel members Marc Heintzman, the public relations coordinator for the Buffalo Sabres; Chris Jenkins, executive director of the Buffalo Bills; Ron Raccuia, NFL agent and president of Integrity Office/ADPRO Sports and Brian Wolff , associate director of athletic communications at the University at Buffalo will discuss public relations, social media, crisis management and best practices as it pertains to their profession and business. Their insight on individual or team lessons, mishaps and successes can apply to any business – large or small.
